Jared believes that a strong personal work ethic and client-centered practice are essential to obtaining the best possible resolution.

Born and raised in Kansas City, Jared attended the University of Missouri Columbia for both his undergraduate and legal education. While in law school, Jared was on the Dean’s List for academic excellence, served as an associate member of the Legal Journal of Dispute Resolution, and received faculty recognition for his commitment to criminal justice reform.

Although he began his career at defense firms, Jared felt called to represent injured individuals and help them through what are often the most trying times of their lives.

As the first attorney in his family, he understands that the law and the legal process can often feel overwhelming, and he is committed to helping his clients navigate the legal process while helping them towards the justice and compensation they need.

When Jared isn’t working, you can find him golfing, fishing, and spending time with his four younger brothers.

Likely due to growing up in a family full of Missouri Tigers, Jared attained his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing at the University of Missouri Columbia and graduated in 2013. After graduating from Mizzou, he returned to Columbia for law school, obtaining his law degree in 2017. During law school, Jared clerked for a local civil defense firm, worked as a research assistant, and was an associate member of the Journal of Dispute Resolution.

Following law school and after successfully passing the bar, Jared worked at a large civil defense firm in St. Louis doing trial and litigation work, before returning to his hometown of Kansas City in 2019. He joined Davis, Bethune & Jones in late 2019 as an Associate.

Jared focuses his practice on representing people and families who have been harmed by others in personal injury, auto accidents, tractor-trailer litigation, medical malpractice, and wrongful death actions.
