Joshua was raised in Kansas City and obtained his undergraduate degree from Kansas University. He later received his law degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, where he experienced many successes. After law school, Joshua served as defense counsel for governmental entities and some of the largest corporations in the world. Joshua learned and utilized defense strategies to support these institutions at trial, but now uses this knowledge to fight for the rights of those marginalized in our communities.

 As a Kansas City native, Joshua is active in and passionate about the community, which is why it is important that his legal practice reflects this value. That is why Joshua works tirelessly for his clients and immerses himself in understanding their complex, personal, and legal issues.  Accordingly, clients trust and rely on Joshua to analyze these issues to develop a strategic approach to fulfill their immediate and long-term needs.

 Joshua accredits his abilities and accomplishments to the support and love his wife and daughter have always given him. When not at work you can find Joshua with his family and friends eating good food as well as watching or playing most sports.
